Returns & Refunds

A product may be returned within 14 days of receipt (delivered), seal not broken, and unopened. Once a return has been initiated, a return label will be generated and deducted from the refund total. Once the product has been received and inspected, and if approved, the refund (minus the return label) will be returned to the original payment method. Please give up to 2 business days to process your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is damaged or defective upon receiving in the mail, within 48 hours upon receipt, contact the company at info@beautybeyondthecrown.com.  Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product in order to receive a replacement.  Once inspected and if approved, a return label will be emailed.

Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with us! Once your order has been submitted, it is automatically processed therefore we cannot cancel the order.
